Lauderdale Homes is in the process of being redeveloped into Lauderdale Terrace. The new Lauderdale complex is made up of 37 units, in two buildings – a three storey, 27-unit apartment style building and a second building made up of 10 single-level, row style units. There will be a lovely courtyard in between both buildings and the project is senior-friendly, pet-friendly and environmentally-friendly. Lauderdale Terrace is close to Northgate Mall, Londonderry Mall, and Grand Trunk Fitness and Leisure Centre. Medical centres and pharmacies are close by as well as major transit routes with easy access to Edmonton’s downtown and the rest of the city’s north side.

Acceptance Criteria
Applicants must be at least 65 years of age or older.
Complete an application, found at https://housing.gef.org and submit online or in person to Central Services located at 14220 109 Ave. After your application has been processed, you will be contacted to schedule a housing interview. If your application is approved, you will be added to the waitlist. An approved applicant can be on one or multiple location waitlists for certain housing. Applicants only need to be interviewed once and approval is given for all locations you have selected on your application form.
