Acceptance Criteria
Applicants must be 60 years of age or older, underage applicants may be considered at Managements discretion. All tenants must be able to live independently.
All applicants must complete an application form with the medical portion completed by your Doctor. Verification of income by way of Notice of Assessment or current Income Tax.
Pets are not allowed.
Suite Information
- 1 Bedroom
Rental rate includes heat, water/sewer and parking. If applicant is under the age of 60 then a damage deposit is required.
Each suite contains a fridge, stove and storage closet. All units have new large walk in showers.
