Vermilion Valley Lodge CCH Type B (Level 3 & Temp Capacity Level 4)
Description
Vermilion Valley Lodge CCH Type B (Level 3) and CCH Type B (Level 4 Temporary Capacity) contains 30 Level 3 and 10 Level 4 Studio Suites and is divided into 4 separate houses connected together with pathways. The community is designed to house a maximum of 10 residents in each house, each with a comfortable dining room that has a direct sight line to our care staff at all times. Alberta Health Services (AHS) provides direct oversight of the Health Care Aides providing 24-hour care. Direct supervision of the Health Care Aides is the responsibility of the on-site Resident Care Manager. In our CCH Type B Level 4, we have 24-hr LPNs on site.

Acceptance Criteria
Assessment by Home Care for Supportive Living Level 3 & 4
The resident is required to go through a complete medical assessment by their local doctor and HomeCare nurse and their name will be placed on AHS Placement Office Waitlist.
- Outside Designated Area
Residents living in Vermilion Valley Lodge CCH Type B community must be able to have all their meals in the common dining room. Residents must not require a two-person transfer method.
Suite Information

Includes meals, recreation and housekeeping. Laundry available for $35/mo, cable television for $45/mo.
All Resident suites have large windows and a high ceiling with a view facing courtyard or street.
