• Functionally independent OR functionally independent with the assistance of community-based services (e.g. home care)
• 1 & 2 bedroom units at Silver Birch Haven are near market rental rates based on room size (which includes meals and recreation)
• All studio units are considered Rent-Geared-to-Income plus service package fee
