The neighbourhood
The Shawnessy neighbourhood is in SW Calgary and shares its name with us. It is Silvera’s most southwesterly location. It includes an array of commercial businesses such as grocery stores, banks, medical professionals and several major retailers. There is a bus stop within distance that connects to an LRT station. It is close to the South Health Campus, and a short drive to both Fish Creek Provincial Park and Spruce Meadows.

Acceptance Criteria
You must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident and have lived in Canada for at least 10 years. You must be at least 65 years of age. If you have a spouse/partner, he/she is at least 60 years of age.
