Description
The Rosewood Manor was built in 1977. It consists of 6 – 1-bedroom units each being approximatley 500 sq. ft. in size.
Each unit consists of a kitchen (with fridge and stove), living room, bedroom, bathroom and storage area. On site laundry facilities are provided. Tenants are responsible for electricity costs for the unit and extra satellite TV costs. Apartments must be maintained in a clean condition as stipulated in the rental agreement. Main entrances are secured.
Rents are formulated by taking 30% of the household’s total monthly income and are evaluated yearly.
