Description
Our Seniors Lodges provide affordable room and hospitality services for modest income seniors who are functionally independent or functionally independent with the assistance of existing community-based services. LRHF lodges in conjunction with other public services agencies, offer the daily aids to living required by residents. Lodges are not health care centres. Residents are responsible for arranging their own medical and nursing needs.
Caring and competent LRHF staff are responsible for providing housekeeping, meal services and recreational programs to the residents. It is important for seniors to reside somewhere that improves and compliments their physical and mental health when required most in their lives. Our seniors lodge options allows our residents to continue their independence but to receive help when needed as well as provides them them the benefit to form long lasting friendships with other seniors within the lodge.

Acceptance Criteria
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria;
•core housing need
•citizenship
•residency
•age
•functional independence
•suitability
Also, one or more individuals of a household must have lived within the Leduc Region for at least one year immediately prior to making application; or one or more individuals of a household must have lived within the Leduc Region for any previous ten years of their life.

You will be notified in writing of your approval status.
