Description
Providing 24hour care to support an active daily lifestyle since 2017. Pioneer House care staff arrange and support social activities, purposeful daily living, and overall wellness. As a licensed Alberta Health Services facility, your need for daily care support must be identified by health professionals starting with your local Homecare planner. This is not a long term care facility, this is not a seniors nursing home. Residents vary in age from 32 to 98. (AB Designated Supportive Living Level 4 including Dementia)

Acceptance Criteria
The 44 Designated Supportive Living residents are assessed by Sask Health through Coordinated Access. You do not need to be a senior for residency at Pioneer House.
Inquiries on the assessment and placement process can be obtained by contacting your local Home Care office.
