Eligibility Criteria
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant
Must be at least 65 years old and functionally independent.
Required to have tenant insurance.
Will be required to provide a copy of your most recent Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada to determine if you qualify for the Lodge Assistance Program government subsidy.
Eligibility for placement in a Continuing Care Type B Room is determined by Assisted Living Alberta.
Application Procedure
Application to the Oyen Lodge requires the completion of an application form and a personal interview. Complete the application form and have your Physician complete the Medical Report.
Application to Continuing Care Type B Rooms is coordinated through Alberta Health Services.
