Our maintenance team provides general maintenance to the building, both inside and out, including grass cutting and snow removal.

We offer incredibly affordable rates! Rental rates are based on 30% of income for qualifying applicants.

Utilities – $50.00/month
Parking – $15.00/month

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the building.
