Suites are very spacious with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and walk-in storage room. Suites include refrigerator, stove and all window coverings. Other building features include: free laundry, power parking stalls, 2 patios and a very spacious common room. The common room can be made private for family or friends gathering. Town utilities are included in rent. Power is provided at a fixed price, Rent is determined by monthly income; there is a very reasonable maximum cap rent in place for all suites.
