Eligibility Criteria
Must be reasonably self-sufficient. Will require a doctor's opinion on suitability for a Lodge/SL1 facility.
Application Procedure
Interview with with Site Manager, fill out an application form and provide the registration fee to hold the suite. Must have a medical report completed by a physician.
