There are a total of 32 seniors self contained units on the same site. Three different builds with different names faciliate distinction in unit locations. Hyalta (8 units), Happy Valley (12 units) and Cozy Corner (12 units). All of the seniors self contained units are one bedroom units and have access to gardening, a common area known as the teahouse for potlucks (happen regularly) and there is snow removal provided by the maintenance staff for Pioneer Homes on a regular basis. Seniors on this site are friendly, active and actively involved in the community-they are good examples of aging in community.
