The North Peace Housing Foundation conducts a yearly annual income review to determine your rent amount.

Rent is based on 30% of your income for qualifying applicants.

Rent includes heat and water.

Parking – $15.00/month
Utilities – $50.00/month

A security deposit is required equal to your first month’s rent.
