Independent ; Must be 65+ years of age to apply; Must have lived the past five consecutive years in the following Municipalities (Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Wabamun, Parkland County); a current Medical Exam Report

Additional Criteria
Meridian Housing Foundation uses a point scoring tool legislated by the Government of Alberta to determine waiting list priorities. Rents are calculated at 30% of the applicant(s)" total annual income. Meridian Housing Foundation ensures that each resident residing in our Lodge is left with at least $365.00 a month in disposable income after paying their monthly rent rate ad service package. Applicants should schedule an interview with our Housing Director as part of their application process. Another interview will be required prior to offer if a suite becomes available.
