Independent ~ all applicants must be aged 55+ to apply ~ veterans program
Affordable housing rent program with a tiered rent system based on household income. Rents are at least 10% below market rates as per CMHC.
Applications can be downloaded from www.meridianhousingfoundation.ca. They are to be completed in full and signed by the applicant. Please include the most recent Notice of Assessment as applications cannot be processed without it. Submit the application in person, by email or by fax.
