Eau Claire Care Residence

Chartwell Eau Claire Care Residence is located in downtown Calgary, backing onto lush parkland and the Bow River. We have a warm, inviting atmosphere and offer a supportive care environment designed for individuals in need of support with activities of daily living, enhanced assisted living services, or memory care. We feature studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom suites, all with accessible bathrooms, kitchenettes and emergency response systems, and some with balconies. Here, we can accommodate the needs of our residents with flexibility and convenience. Housekeeping, laundry and towel service, delicious meals and engaging activities tailored to abilities and preferences also allow our residents to feel supported and engaged.

Our community is a comfortable, safe and active place to live. We have a caring team to support the health and wellness needs of our residents, including Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides available 24/7, as well as Registered Nurses available Monday through Friday. We also have an emergency call system in place to ensure our residents’ safety is top priority, and a number of health consultants upon referral—from visiting physicians and physiotherapists to social workers. For an added sense of personal security and wellness, we also conduct nightly safety checks, and have a WanderGuard system in place for those residents living with dementia.
