Crowchild Manor
Description
Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta (TPFA) offers a range of affordable housing options for seniors 65 years and older who are functionally independent. TPFA adheres to the Government of Alberta affordable housing program policies for subsidized housing where rent is geared to income.
At Crowchild Manor we provide one-bedroom accommodation to low-income seniors who are functionally independent with or without the assistance of existing community based services.
A resident’s rent is based on 30 percent of a household’s adjusted income based on tax assessment from the previous year. Residents are responsible for electricity, telephone and cable television.
Crowchild Manor is a secure building located in the community of West Hillhurst with easy access to a nearby coffee shop, gas station and bank.
