Crossroads Manor : Affordable Independent Living for Seniors.
Located in the Village of Beiseker, Crossroads Manor features 8 – 575 square foot independent living units. All units have a single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and storage area. Our units are tailored to meet your needs while ensuring a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The building is equipped with various amenities and services to ensure the well-being and convenience of its residents.
The safety and security of residents are of utmost importance at Crossroads Manor. The facility has building security measures in place to ensure a secure living environment. Additionally, maintenance services, including shoveling and mowing, are provided to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.
Residents can enjoy the outdoors on the large outdoor deck and patio space, complete with a barbecue area. Tenant and guest parking facilities are available for the convenience of residents and their visitors. Crossroads Manor also offers shared common areas where residents can socialize and engage in tenant-organized activities and functions.
For added convenience, the facility provides shared laundry facilities free of charge. This allows residents to easily take care of their laundry needs without the hassle of finding a laundromat. Crossroads Manor also features a piano for those who enjoy playing or listening to music.
In addition to its amenities, Crossroads Manor is situated in the friendly Village of Beiseker, which has a population of over 800 people. The village offers a close-knit community atmosphere, providing residents with a sense of belonging and support.
There is currently a waitlist for all the independent housing at Diamond Jubilee (Airdrie), Dr. Whillans Manor (Crossfield), Evergreen Manor (Cochrane), and Crossroads Manor (Beiseker), with a criteria to qualify. This waitlist is based on the needs for housing assessment conducted with each application we receive, so it can differ on the timeframes we provide to families/individuals inquiring.
