Studio Suites – 384 square feet One Bedroom – 484 square feet
Large outdoor parking lot, scooter parking in garage, Free Wi-Fi, Full Building Security Alarm system, Personal emergency Pendant/Bracelet response. Video surveillance at common area exits, 2 Roof Top garden areas for seasonal enjoyment. 3 meals daily, weekly housekeeping. All suites come with Fridge and microwave, walk in shower, partial kitchenette with sink. Recreation Program. Resident laundry facilities on two floors. Two recreation rooms, separate Family Dining Room. Air conditioning in common areas. Hair Salon by appointment

Acceptance Criteria
65 Years of age or older, functionally independent with some assistance from Home Care. Priority given to area residents then residents of Alberta.
Submit completed application and medical health assessment form, to be placed on waitlist. Provide copy of most recent tax assessment notice.

Rent includes TV, Emergency response system, 3 meals and 2 snack times daily, weekly room cleaning and bed linen change.
Extra monthly costs:
Parking, Guest meals and overnight stays. Telephone costs are the responsibility of the resident.
