Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for our Lodge you must be at least 65, a Canadian citizen and live in the area for at least 3 months.
Application Procedure
Applications can be picked up at the Lodge (120 - 16 St) or printed online at our website lakelandfoundation.ca. Once the application is complete, the Lodge Manager will arrange for an interview with the client to review and perform the priority rating evaluation with the client to see where they fall on the list.
