Cambrian Manor
Description
Cambrian Manor was built by the Alberta Government in 1983 with funds from the Alberta Heritage Fund. The apartment-style building consists of 49 one-bedroom self-contained suites and one two-bedroom unit for couples only. The units are approximately 530 square feet. Building amenities include an elevator, a second-floor common area lounge for social acitivities, and shared, user-pay laundry facilities. There’s a city bus stop directly across the street, and two others two blocks away. Limited parking is available on site.

Acceptance Criteria
Preference will be given to seniors who are 65 or older. Applicants must be functionally independent. Applicants must be Canadian Citizen(s) or Landed Immigrant(s). Under no circumstances will a person"s race, religion, colour, sex, ancestry, or place of origin be a consideration for eligibility.
