Every suite offers complete privacy and comes equipped with all the necessary facilities. Apartments can range in size from 500-575 square feet. Common areas offer a space to visit with family, friends and other residents.

This building is part of the seniors self contained apartment program in Alberta, offering rents based on income with funding support from the Government of Alberta.

Eligibility Criteria

Each applicant should be age 65 or over and functionally independent. A household"s total income must be below the "Core Need Income Threshold" to be eligible for Social Housing. Priority is rated on a points system with points awarded for number of dependents, current rent to income, special circumstances, degree of accessibility, overcrowding, housing detrimental to health, shared accommodation, and utility responsibility.
