Beaverhill Pioneer Lodge
Description
Beaverhill Pioneer Lodge features 55 units of Supportive Living in the active community of Lamont, which is only 20 minutes east of the City of Fort Saskatchewan. This two storey lodge was opened for occupancy in December 2017. The lodge features contemporary designs and decor. The lovely dining room is situated on the main floor. The common area features a fireplace to sit and relax.
Home cooked nutritious meals and snacks are provided.
A lovely Spa room is available for assisted bathing (provided by AHS Home Care).
An active Resident Council is in place.
24 hour staffing.
A pendent call system is in place for emergencies.
Two elevators for resident convenience and safety.
Multi purpose room for entertainment and resident activities.
New Horizons Seniors Drop In within our facility with legal sized floor curling rink.
Free parking for residents.

Acceptance Criteria
Applicants must be 60 years of age or older, underage applicants may be considered at Managements discretion.
All applicants must complete an application form with the medical portion completed by your Doctor. Verification of income by way of Notice of
Assessment or current Income Tax

Smoking is not allowed in the building.
Outdoor smoking must comply with smoking bylaws.

Lodge rates shall be structured to leave a resident with a minimum disposable income consistent with government legislation.
Contemporary design and decor, large resident rooms. Furniture provided - Night stand, desk/dresser, chair and twin bed. Linens and bedding are provided. Individual temperature control. Wheelchair accessible bathroom in each suite. Call bell system for emergencies.
