Acceptance Criteria
Residents must have sufficient mobility to walk independently or with a walker, or be able to egress the building in case of an emergency.
Applicants must have their Physician complete a Pre-Admission Medical. Upon receipt of all necessary documents, Amica"s Director of Care will call you personally to schedule an appointment for a functional assessment.
