The new Lodge is reflective of the atmosphere and community feeling the previous Clover Bar Lodge worked hard to establish. It offers a home-like community living environment that responds to the varied and distinct needs of our independent residents. The Lodge provides an everyday living experience that will emphasize the social, physical, mental wellness of our residents.

Acceptance Criteria

Eligibility Criteria: •65 years of age or older •Canadian Citizen or landed immigrant. •Functionally independent OR •Functionally independent with assistance of community-based services. ◦Functional independence is defined as being physically, mentally, and emotionally able to look after their own personal needs. ◦Functional independence includes: ◾Maintaining appropriate personal hygiene ◾Getting from their room to the Dining Room for meals ◾Ability to maintain their room in a tidy condition ◾Living amicably with fellow residents and staff •Sorry, no pets allowed
Application Procedure: 1.Fill out the application form. 2.Please include a copy of your most recent income tax notice of assessment. 3. Completed applications can be emailed, mailed, or dropped off on-site. 4. Staff will be in contact to schedule an interview. An independent living assessment completed by your physician may be requested after the interview at the manager's discretion.
