Eligibility Criteria: Preference will be given to seniors who are 65 or older. Applicants must be functionally independent. Applicants must be Canadian Citizen(s) or Landed Immigrant(s). Under no circumstances will a person's race, religion, colour, sex, ancestry, or place of origin be a consideration for eligibility.
