There is an outdoor sitting area (the park) partially fenced off and enclosed with tall trees, shrubs, and many colorful flowers that the tenants look after. In addition to the park, there is an outdoor atrium fully enclosed by the walls of the building to provide a safe haven for tenants complete with covered swings, picnic tables, a putting green, barbeques and an awning.


There are indoor laundry facilities, a large auditorium, a common room with a pool table and a shuffleboard. There are 2 beautiful large sitting rooms complete with furniture, books and puzzles.
