Eligibility Criteria: Preference will be given to seniors who are 65 years of age or older. Applicants must be functionally independent. Applicants must be Canadian Citizen(s) or Landed Immigrant(s). Under no circumstances will a person's race, religion, colour, sex, ancestry, or place of origin be a consideration for eligibility.
